Upgrading or changing your plan

Billing is handled by Shopify, so any plan change is confirmed on Shopify's own secure page and appears on your normal Shopify invoice.

Steps

1. Open Plans (/app/plans).
2. Compare the plans and pick the one you want.
3. Select it. You are taken to Shopify's secure plan page to confirm the charge.
4. Confirm. You return to the app and the new plan's features unlock right away.

What you should see

The Plans page shows your new plan as active, and any features that were locked become available.

Downgrading

You can move to a lower plan the same way. Features that belong to the higher plan stop being available, but your data is kept. If you drop below your order usage, the app keeps working and simply shows the nudge to upgrade again.
