Filtering the dashboard
How to narrow the dashboard by product, vendor, tag, country, market, and sales channel, plus the Pro-only filters for location, payment method, and order tag.

Filters narrow every number and chart on the dashboard to a slice of your orders. You can stack several filters at once, and they work alongside the date range and comparison.
Steps
- Click Filters in the toolbar at the top of the dashboard.
- Click Add filter to add a row.
- Pick what to filter by (the dimension).
- Choose "is" or "is not", then pick one or more values.
- Add more rows the same way if you want, then click Save.
What you can filter by
These are available on every plan: Product, Vendor, Product tag, Country, Market, and Sales channel.
These need the Pro plan: Location, Payment method, and Order tag. On the free plan they are shown with a "Pro" label and you cannot pick values until you upgrade.
The sales-channel pill
Next to Filters there is a separate channel pill (it reads "All channels" until you narrow it). Open it to limit the dashboard to one or more sales channels, such as Online Store or Point of Sale, without opening the full Filters window. It shows only the channels your store actually sells through.
What you should see
Once you save, the toolbar shows how many filters are active, and every section updates to the filtered slice. To clear a filter, open Filters, remove the row, and Save. To go back to all channels, open the channel pill and choose All sales channels.
