Set your shipping costs
Tell the app what shipping actually costs you per method, by weight, or from a supplier, so profit uses your real cost.
Updated June 30, 2026
Set what it actually costs you to ship an order, so the app subtracts your real shipping cost rather than what the customer paid. The app lists the shipping methods it sees on your orders so you can price each one. Shipping costs are set per market.
Steps
- Open Cost rules, then Shipping (/app/costs/shipping).
- If you sell to more than one market, pick the market at the top of the page.
- Under Shipping methods, click a method the app detected on your orders.
- Enter "Your cost per order" - the flat amount you pay the carrier for that method - then click Save.
- For a carrier that charges by weight, use Add tiered pricing: set weight tiers (from and to in kg, with a cost for each), plus optional handling, packaging, and other per-shipment costs.
- For orders that ship straight from a supplier, add a Dropship / supplier override: match by SKU prefix, vendor, or location and set the supplier's shipping cost. It applies only when every item in the order matches.
- Price the "Free shipping (no method)" row to record what a typical free shipment costs you, so those orders stop counting as zero shipping cost.
What you should see
Each method card shows how many orders used it, what customers paid on average, what you pay, and the net of the two. Your orders recalculate using the shipping costs you entered.
Tip
If you import shipping labels (Business plan), the actual label cost is used for those orders and the cost you set here acts as the fallback.
