My ads are not syncing

What to check when synced ad spend and ROAS are not showing up in your reports.

If campaign spend or ROAS is missing, work through these checks.

Checklist

  1. Confirm the connection. Open Cost rules, then Marketing, and check that your Google Ads account still shows as connected. If it shows an error or disconnected, reconnect it.
  2. Give it a day. Ad spend syncs once a day, so spend from the last few hours will not appear until the next sync runs.
  3. Check your plan. Ad integrations and the ROAS reports are part of the Pro and Business plans. On the Free plan they are not available.
  4. Check the date range on the Campaign ROAS report - the spend may be outside the period you are viewing.

After reconnecting

When you first connect an account, it brings in recent history and then keeps up daily. If you reconnected, allow the next sync to run and the campaigns will appear. If they still do not after a day, contact us through the Email us tab.
