Troubleshooting
My numbers changed after I edited something
Editing a cost or rule recalculates the orders it affects. A change after an edit is expected, and means your numbers got more accurate.
Updated June 30, 2026
This is expected, not a bug. When you add or change a cost or a rule, the app recalculates every order that cost touches, so your reports reflect the new information.
Why it happens
Before your edit, some orders may have been using an old cost, a different rule, or no cost at all. After the edit, those orders are recomputed with the correct figure. If you filled in missing costs and your profit dropped, that is the system working - the lower number is the accurate one.
If it looks half-updated
A large edit can affect many orders, so the recalculation takes a short while to finish. If the dashboard still shows the old totals right after a big change, give it a moment and refresh. Once it completes, everything lines up again.
Your underlying order history is not lost or rewritten - only the calculated profit figures are refreshed to match your latest costs.
