A report is empty or shows no data

An empty report usually means no orders in the range, a feature that needs a higher plan, or data still loading after install.

An empty report nearly always comes down to one of three things.

Check these in order

  1. The date range. The report may simply have no orders in the period you are viewing. Widen the range or pick a different preset.
  2. Your plan. Some reports need Pro or Business. If a report is locked or empty with an upgrade prompt, your current plan does not include it - see Plans compared.
  3. Fresh install. Right after you install the app, your past orders are still being imported in the background. Give it some time and the reports fill in as the import completes.

Still empty

If the date range has orders, your plan includes the report, and the import has finished, but a report is still blank, reach out through the Email us tab in the chat bubble so we can check it with you.
