Set who gets scheduled report emails
Choose which email addresses receive each scheduled report. Recipients are set per report.

Scheduled reports are emailed to you automatically on a schedule you choose. You decide who receives each one inside the schedule itself. Scheduling reports needs the Pro plan.
Steps
- Open Reports (/app/reports). The Scheduled reports manager is at the top of the page.
- Click "Add scheduled report", or open the menu on an existing schedule and choose Edit.
- Pick the report, then set the frequency (daily, weekly, monthly, or quarterly), the day, and the time.
- In the "Send to" box, type the email addresses that should receive it. Separate more than one with commas or new lines.
- Save.
What you should see
The schedule appears in the list with its recipients shown in the Recipient column. Each delivery includes the report's data attached as a CSV. To preview it, use "Send test email" to send one to its recipients right away.
Tip
Leave the "Send to" box empty to send the report to your store's email address. Recipients are set per report, so different reports can go to different people.
