Set your free shipping policy

Tell the app how your free shipping works so its reports, suggestions, and the assistant can estimate what free shipping costs you. Saving here never changes your real orders or your past profit. This needs the Pro plan.

Steps

1. Open Cost rules, then Free shipping (/app/costs/free-shipping).
2. Turn on "We offer free shipping over a threshold". Turn it off if you charge shipping on every order.
3. Enter the order value that earns free shipping ("Free shipping over"). Leave it blank to auto-detect it from your orders.
4. In "Shipping prices", set what customers pay for shipping below that line. Each price is pre-filled from your real orders - adjust it, or click "Add price break" to charge different prices by order value (for example a lower price on bigger orders). Orders at or above the free-shipping line ship free.
5. Choose whether POS orders always ship free, and whether to ignore digital and no-ship items (like gift cards) when working out the threshold.
6. Optional: add advanced rules if free shipping depends on product type or vendor.
7. Click Save policy.

What you should see

A "Saved" toast. Your policy is now used in the shipping reports and suggestions and by the assistant. To see the threshold that would make the most profit, open the free shipping optimizer from the link at the top of the page.

Tip

Advanced rules are checked before your main threshold, so you can set one threshold for a single product type or vendor and a different main threshold for everything else.
