Data quality
The Data quality page
Check whether you can trust your profit numbers: your data quality score, how much of your sales have a known product cost, the open gaps, and the profit at risk from each.
Updated July 8, 2026
The Data quality page shows whether you can trust your profit numbers - an overall data quality score, how much of your sales have a known product cost, the open gaps still to fix, and (on Pro) the profit at risk from each.
What it shows
- Your overall data quality score.
- How much of your sales have a known product cost (your cost coverage), and how many products are still missing a cost.
- A list of open issues - missing product costs, unusual cost outliers, and products you have excluded.
- Each issue links straight to where you fix it.
Profit at risk
On the Pro plan, each issue also shows the profit at risk from it - how much of your reported profit depends on data that is missing or estimated. This is what lets you fix the highest-impact gaps first. The score and the list of gaps are available on every plan.
How to use it
Open it after your first orders come in, and again whenever your score drops. Fix the items with the most profit at risk first. As you clear gaps, the score climbs and your dashboard becomes something you can act on with confidence.
