All orders report
See every order's true net profit after product cost, fees, shipping, and returns, open any sale for its full cost breakdown, and filter straight to the orders that lost money.
Updated July 8, 2026
This report lists every order with its real net profit - revenue minus product cost, payment fees, shipping, marketing, and returns - so you can open any sale to see where the money went and filter to the ones that lost money.
What it shows
Each row is one order. The net profit shown is how an order's profit is calculated. By default you see the order number, date, channel, revenue, net profit, margin, and a data quality badge. Click an order to open a quick view with the full cost breakdown for that sale: revenue, product cost, payment fees, shipping, marketing, returns, net profit, and margin, plus a button to open the order's full details. The data quality badge flags an order as "Missing data" when one of its costs is not known yet, so you can trust which numbers are complete.
Filters and options
- Saved views (tabs): All orders, Lost money, Missing cost data, Refunded, and Low margin (under 10%).
- Search by order number.
- Sort by date (newest or oldest first), net profit, profit margin, or revenue.
- Filters: channel and payment status (shown when your orders have more than one value).
- Customize columns: switch extra columns on or off, including product cost, payment fees, shipping, marketing, returns, and payment status.
- Pages through your orders when there are more than one page.
How to read it
Use "Lost money" to jump straight to the orders that ate into profit, and "Missing cost data" to find orders whose product cost still needs filling in. Turn on the per-cost columns when you want to see where the money went on every order at a glance, rather than opening each quick view.
Frequently asked questions
How do I find orders that lost money?
Open the Lost money saved view, a tab at the top of the report, which filters straight to the orders that ate into profit. You can also sort the full list by net profit to bring the worst orders up first.
Why does an order show a Missing data badge?
The data quality badge reads Missing data when one of that order's costs is not known yet, usually a product cost that has not been filled in. It flags which orders have complete numbers you can trust and which are still incomplete.
Can I see cost, fees, and shipping for a single order?
Yes. Click an order to open a quick view with its full cost breakdown - revenue, product cost, payment fees, shipping, marketing, returns, net profit, and margin - plus a button to open the order's full details.
