Assistant limits by plan

How many AI assistant messages each plan includes per month, plus the daily and spend safety caps.

The Profit Assistant works on every plan. What changes between plans is how many messages you can send each month.

Monthly message allowance

Free: 25 messages a month.
Pro: 150 messages a month.
Business: 1,000 messages a month.

The fuller AI profit advisor, with the deeper cross-report analysis, is part of the Business plan, but every plan can chat with the assistant up to its monthly allowance.

Safety caps

Alongside the monthly allowance there is a daily cap and a monthly spend ceiling per store. These run quietly in the background to prevent runaway use, and most stores never reach them.

When you run out

If you use up your monthly messages, the assistant tells you and offers an upgrade for a larger allowance. The count resets at the start of each month. You can still use the rest of the app and the Email us tab in the chat bubble at any time.
