Export a report to CSV

Download a report's data as a CSV file to open in a spreadsheet. CSV export is a Business plan feature.

You can download a report's data as a CSV file and open it in your spreadsheet app for accounting, deeper analysis, or sharing. CSV export is a Business plan feature.

Steps

  1. Make sure you are on the Business plan.
  2. Open a report that offers CSV export, such as Profit and loss, Vendor profit, Discount erosion, or Negative profit orders.
  3. Set the date range, and any comparison, so the file matches what you see on screen.
  4. Click "Export data" near the top of the report.
  5. The CSV file downloads to your computer.

What you should see

A .csv file named after the report and the date, containing the same figures shown on the report. Open it in any spreadsheet app. If you are not on the Business plan, the button instead reads "Export data (Business)" and links to the Plans page, where you can upgrade.
