An order is marked low confidence when any of its costs is missing or estimated. Here is how to lift it.
Updated June 30, 2026
Confidence is the app's read on how trustworthy an order's profit is. An order is Low whenever even one of its costs is missing or estimated, because a single unknown cost can throw off the whole figure.
How to lift it
- Open the order's profit breakdown and look at the cost-source labels.
- Find the line marked missing or estimated.
- Fix that cost - enter a product cost, set a shipping or payment rule, or replace an assumed margin with a real one.
- Let the order recalculate.
When every cost is exact or straight from Shopify, the order becomes High confidence.
Doing it in bulk
To lift confidence across many orders at once, work from the Data quality page instead of order by order. Fixing the missing costs there raises confidence on every order those products appear in.
