Usage and limits

The Free plan includes two caps: how many variants can have a threshold, and how many alerts you get a month. Pro removes both.

The allowances

• Variants with a threshold: Free covers 10, Pro is unlimited.
• Alerts a month: Free covers 10, Pro is unlimited.

What happens at the variant cap

On Free, once 10 variants have a threshold you cannot add an 11th until you remove one or upgrade. Editing or removing the thresholds you already have always works - the cap only blocks new ones. When you are close, the Thresholds page shows a nudge to upgrade.

What happens at the alert cap

On Free, after 10 alerts in a month further alerts are throttled - counted but not sent - until the count resets at the start of the next month. The Alerts page shows how many you have used and when it resets.

Good to know

Upgrading to Pro lifts both caps straight away and adds digests so alerts are never throttled. See plans compared for the full feature list and upgrading or changing your plan for how to switch. Alert delivery itself is covered in low-stock email alerts.
