Daily, weekly, and monthly alert digests

Instead of one email per variant, get a single scheduled digest listing everything below threshold. Pick daily, weekly, or monthly, and the time it arrives.

Digest mode (Pro) replaces per-variant emails with one scheduled email that lists every product currently below threshold. It keeps your inbox clean when many variants move at once.

Turn on a digest

  1. Open Alerts (/app/alerts) and make sure Enable alert delivery is on with a recipient email set.
  2. Under Delivery mode, choose Daily digest, Weekly digest, or Monthly digest.
  3. Pick the Send time. For a weekly digest, pick the day of the week; for a monthly digest, pick the day of the month (1 to 28).
  4. Save delivery settings.

What you should see

Below the schedule fields the app describes exactly when the next digest will send, in your store's timezone. After the first one goes out, the page shows when the last digest was sent. Use Preview example email to see the digest layout before you commit.

Good to know

Digest mode is a Pro feature - the Free plan stays on immediate alerts capped at 10 a month, covered in low-stock email alerts. Pro alerts are unlimited, so a digest never gets throttled; see usage and limits. To review alert history and what has been hidden over time, open the protection report.
