Upgrading or changing your plan

How to move between Free and Pro. Plan changes are confirmed on Shopify's secure billing page and appear on your normal Shopify invoice.

Billing is handled by Shopify, so any plan change is confirmed on Shopify's own secure page and shows up on your normal Shopify invoice.

Steps

Open Plans (/app/plans).
Compare Free and Pro and pick the one you want.
Click the plan button. You are taken to Shopify's secure pricing page to confirm.
Confirm. You return to the app and the plan's features unlock right away.

The trial

Pro comes with a 7-day free trial. You are not charged until the trial ends, and the trial starts when you confirm on Shopify's page.

Downgrading

You can move to Free the same way. Pro-only features stop being available, but none of your data is deleted - your thresholds, rules, and settings are all kept. If you drop below the Free variant cap, existing thresholds keep working and you simply see the nudge to upgrade again before adding new ones.
