Low-stock email alerts

Low-stock alerts email you when a protected variant reaches its threshold, so you can reorder before it runs down. The Alerts page (/app/alerts) is where you turn delivery on, set who gets the email, and control which variants alert you.

Turn on alerts

1. Open Alerts (/app/alerts).
2. Turn on Enable alert delivery.
3. Enter an Alert recipient email - where the alerts are sent.
4. Under Delivery mode, keep Send each alert immediately to get an email the moment stock crosses a threshold.
5. Save delivery settings. Use Preview example email to see what it looks like.

Choose which variants alert you

The table lists every protected variant with an Alerts switch. Turn it off for variants you do not want emails about, and on for the ones you do. Tick several rows to enable or disable alerts in bulk from the bar at the bottom.

This month

The This month cards show how many alerts were sent, how many were throttled (skipped after the monthly cap), when the count resets, and how many variants are below threshold right now.

Good to know

The Free plan includes up to 10 alerts a month, sent immediately; once you hit the cap, further alerts are throttled until the count resets next month.
