Settings overview

What each control on the Easy Stock Buffer Settings page does: admin language, shop default threshold, pause, auto-hide, storefront display, location counting, and checkout messages.

Updated July 22, 2026

The Settings page (/app/settings) holds every store-wide control. This is a map of what each section does and where to read more.

Language

Choose the admin language for Easy Stock Buffer. The app is available in English, Spanish, French, German, Portuguese, and Danish. Changing it updates the app right away.

Shop default

Turn on a single minimum stock that applies to every variant with no threshold of its own. See set a shop-wide default threshold.

Pause (Pro)

Switch every threshold off for 1, 6, or 24 hours during a sale, then resume. See pause all thresholds for a sale.

Auto-hide sold-out products (Pro)

Hide a product from the storefront when all its variants reach their threshold, and republish on restock. Choose Draft or Unlisted, and an optional redirect. See auto-hide sold-out products.

Storefront display (Pro)

Open the theme editor to add the stock box and sold-out blocks to your product pages.

Location counting (Pro)

Choose how per-location thresholds are counted. Sum adds every location's threshold into the variant's effective threshold. Strict stops selling as soon as any single location with a threshold runs down to it.

Checkout messages

Reword the three cart messages shoppers see when an item is blocked. See edit the checkout messages.
