See how Easy Stock Buffer is protecting your inventory: variants with a threshold, what is at risk now, products hidden from the store, and alerts delivered in the last 30 days.

The Reports page (/app/reports, Pro) is a single overview of what Easy Stock Buffer has done for your store over the last 30 days - how much stock is protected, what is at risk, what has been hidden, and how many alerts went out.

The stat cards

Protected variants: variants with a threshold set.
At risk now: variants at or below their threshold right now.
Hidden from store: products currently auto-hidden.
Alerts (30d): alerts delivered to your inbox in the window, with any that were throttled noted.

The tables

Currently hidden products: what auto-hide has taken off the storefront and since when. These come back on their own when restocked.
Alert activity: a day-by-day bar of alerts over the window.
Recent alerts: the latest alerts with the product, the stock and threshold at the time, and whether each was delivered or throttled.

Good to know

The report only fills in once there is activity - set thresholds and let stock start dipping and the numbers appear. To change what triggers the hidden and alert numbers, see auto-hide sold-out products and low-stock email alerts. If you are seeing throttled alerts, alert digests on Pro remove the monthly cap.
