How your materials reach your product page

Saving is what puts a product on your store. Fill in what it is made of, select Save, and shoppers see it on the product page from that moment.

There is no second step. Saving is the whole of it, so there is nothing else to press and nothing to go looking for.

What has to be true first

A save only reaches your product page when the materials are complete: every name from the EU list, percentages adding up to 100. Until then the app saves what you have typed and tells you what is still missing.

Two other things can hold a product back, and the app says so on the product rather than staying quiet:

• A material with no name in one of your languages. The product waits rather than printing English on a French page. See writing labels in more than one language.
• The free limit, below.

How many products show

Free shows what your first 20 products are made of. Pro shows every product.

The limit counts what is showing, never what you type in. You can fill in your whole catalogue on Free and nothing is refused. Past the twentieth, a save still stores everything and tells you the product is not on your store.

Which twenty is settled by when each product first reached a shopper, and a product keeps its place once it has one. So nothing a shopper saw yesterday disappears because you edited a newer product today.

Taking a product off frees its place for another. That is the way to choose which twenty show.

Change plan and your store catches up on its own, within a few minutes. Upgrade and everything you have filled in goes on your product pages without you opening a single product. Downgrade and the products past the limit come off, the first twenty stay, and every value you typed is still there if you come back. There is more in plans and billing.

Taking a product off

Rare, but it happens: the information turns out to be wrong, or you stop selling the item.

Open the product, select Take off my store, and confirm with Take it off. Shoppers stop seeing what it is made of. Everything you typed stays in the app, and saving the product puts it straight back.

To do several at once, select them on Products and use Take off my store there.

Nothing on the page at all?

If the app says a product is showing and you still see nothing on your storefront, the Materials and Care block is missing from your theme. Nothing renders your materials until it is there. See why materials are not appearing.
