The care page and its QR code

A page on your own web address for one product, and a QR code you can print on the sewn-in label.

Updated July 28, 2026

On Pro, every product that is showing on your store also gets its own care page and a QR code.

The care page

A plain page on your own web address showing that product's materials, tags, care instructions and safety details. Because it is on your domain, a shopper who scans the code never leaves your brand.

It carries no tracking of any kind - no cookies, no analytics, nothing from anyone else. A page reached by scanning a garment label is a disclosure, not a marketing surface.

If you have more than one language turned on, the page has links to switch between them.

The QR code

Download the QR code gives you an SVG file. SVG rather than an image file because this usually goes to a label printer, and a picture at label size scans badly.

The code is made with room for damage built in, so it still scans after the label has been folded, washed and worn.

Save the product first

The care page and QR code only appear once a product is showing on your store, which means once you have saved a complete set of materials for it. A code printed onto physical labels that points at nothing cannot be fixed afterwards, so the app will not produce one early.
