Plans and billing
What each plan includes, how the free limit is counted, and how billing works.

What each plan includes
Free shows materials on up to 20 products, next to your price, in your store's language, with care instructions and the official EU material names.
Pro shows every product and adds five things: importing materials from a file, product safety details, your own tags like PFAS-free or Vegan, labels in all 24 EU languages at once, and a care page with a QR code for each product.
There are two plans, not three. Everything the app can do is on Pro, so there is nothing else to work out.
The Plans page is the page to trust for the current price and what is included - this article can go out of date, that page cannot. Pro is a monthly charge with a free trial.
How the free limit is counted
The limit counts products that are showing on your store, never products you have filled in.
So you can fill in your whole catalogue on Free and nothing is refused. Saving always works. When you save a new product and you are already at the limit, the app stores everything you typed and tells you that this one is not on your store. The products already showing are not disturbed.
Which twenty show is decided by when each product first reached a shopper, and a product keeps its place. Taking one off frees a place for another.
Billing
Billing is handled by Shopify, not by us. Upgrading, downgrading and cancelling all happen through Shopify's own pricing page, which the Plans page links to, and charges appear on your normal Shopify bill.
Changing plan
Your store catches up on its own, either way. You do not have to open a single product.
Upgrading puts everything you have already filled in onto your product pages. If you typed materials into 300 products on Free and only 20 were showing, the other 280 go live by themselves.
Downgrading takes the extra products back off. The first 20 stay - the same 20 that were showing before you paid, decided by when each one first reached a shopper. On every product past those 20, the materials, care instructions and tags all come off the page together.
Both happen within a few minutes of Shopify telling us your plan changed, so give it a moment rather than expecting the storefront to change the same second.
Nothing you typed is ever deleted. Taking a label off a product page does not touch what is stored in the app. Upgrade again and all of it goes back on its own, with nothing to retype and no products to reopen.
