Try the Shopify ticket scanner
Tap a sample ticket to scan it and watch the Checked in counter move. Try one that was scanned already, a refunded one and next week’s tour, type a ticket or order number, and take a check-in back. Nothing to install to look around.
Tap a ticket on the phone to scan it, or type its number in the Ticket number box. The number box only looks at the date in the Time slot box, so switch dates to find the tickets for yesterday and next week.

Today's tickets. 2210 is an order number: a booking of two opens a panel with “Check in all”. Yesterday is 1012 to 1017, next week 1063 to 1065.
Puts every ticket back the way the door found it and clears the result cards.

What you are looking at
This is the check-in page Easy Tickets & Events gives every event: a web page your door staff open in any phone’s browser, with no app to install and no Shopify login. The phone shows a sample daily series on today’s date, and the six tickets sit where the camera’s picture would be. A green card means the guest is in and shows the name, ticket number, ticket type and entries used, with “Undo” beside it. A red card gives the reason and stays up longer, so a shared ticket gets noticed.
There is no separate “already checked in” message. A ticket that has used its entries answers “Check-in limit reached (1/1)”, and the two-entry ticket gets in twice before it says “(2/2)”. The “Next week” ticket is a guided tour whose ticket type is set to Any time after event starts, so it answers “Check-in is not yet open” until its own date begins. The “Yesterday” ticket is let in: the page is the series’ own link, so a scanned QR code for any date of the series gets in and counts on its own date, and today’s counter does not move. Typed into the Ticket number box, the same number is not found, because typing only searches the date on screen.
The lists follow the real page’s rules: Checked in is newest first with the time of the latest entry, Missing is A to Z by first name, and the two tickets on order #2210 read “Group of 2 · #2210”. Type 2210 and the booking opens as a panel with “Check in all (2)”. The full write-up is on the ticket scanner feature page.
What the real page does that this demo does not
- The camera. On a real door, “Open camera” turns on the phone’s camera, and a ticket is checked in the moment its QR code comes into view, printed or on a screen. The camera reads QR codes only, and the same code has to leave the view for a second before it counts again, which is how a two-entry ticket gets its second entry. Here the six sample tickets stand in for the camera.
- The PIN. Before the page shows a single name, staff type the event’s PIN once on each phone, and the phone stays signed in for 12 hours. After 5 wrong tries from one device, or 10 for the event from all devices, the PIN box locks for up to 5 minutes. The demo opens already signed in.
- A live server. Every scan, typed number and undo goes to Easy Tickets as it happens, so a one-entry ticket is refused on its second scan whichever phone scans it. The counter follows the phone’s own scans at once, and scans from other phones show up after its next scan, undo, date change or reload. There is no offline mode. Here everything happens in this browser tab, and nothing is saved.
- Door mode. On a date with 2,000 or more active tickets, the page opens with the counters and the 25 latest check-ins, a Find box searches guests by name or email, “Show lists” loads the full lists, and the counters refresh every 30 seconds so other phones’ scans appear within about half a minute.
- The real lists. Each list holds up to 1,500 names from your orders and the guests you added by hand, and every booking of two or more is marked with its size and order number. Here the lists hold a handful of sample guests on three dates.
- Check-in turned off. With Enable check-in off under Event settings > Check-in, every phone shows “Check-in is off” instead of the scanner, even phones already signed in.
- An online event’s join link. For an online date, the page shows the meeting link and its passcode above the scanner, behind the PIN, with a “Copy join link” button.
- Your language, clock and colour. The real page uses the App language set under Settings > Language & region (English, Spanish, French, German, Portuguese or Danish), your shop’s time zone and its 12 or 24-hour clock, and your brand colour for the accent. The demo is in English, on your own clock, in the default blue.
- The home screen. On a phone the page can be added to the home screen and opens full screen, like an app, one icon per event.
